In recent years, rock climbing and sports climbing has gone from extreme sports to almost mainstream. Power-up Rock Outdoor Center makes sports climbing appealing to the largest cross section of population by:
- Providing a facility that is safe as well as group friendly.
- Providing the new climber with instruction and encouragement.
- Periodically replacing sections of climbing walls with new holds, features and routes providing climbers with a constant changing environment.
Power-up ROC’s aim is to provide patrons of all ages a fun, safe environment in which to challenge, exercise, socialise and gain new climbing skills. By focusing on these fundamental qualities, the friendly and knowledgeable staff create an environment that is welcoming and encourages first timers to try climbing. Experienced climbers return regularly to hone their skills and conquer the constantly changing challenges on offer.
